ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES



DESIGNATION: SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Consultant



REPORT TO: Project Lead / Manager



LOCATION: Bangalore



EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate/PG



EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in SAP SF-RCM/ONB with 4+ Implementation Project Experience



COMPETETIVE SALARY



Sap Implementation Experience:




  • Experience in business requirement discussion and study with the client to document the AS IS and WOULD BE Business Blueprint (BBP) including user authorization requirement, data sources and report requirement.

 

  • Configuration and customization of the module as per BBP.

 

  • Demonstration of the configured system to core team users.

 

  • Training users and designing the User Acceptance Test scenarios,

 

  • Conducting UAT and obtaining approval,

 

  • Master Data collection and purification.

 

  • Transport of final configuration to production server.

 

  • Upload master data, cut over / Go Live and post go-live support.




 

Technical Experience:



Consultants should have the below skills & expertise:



· Certified in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution.



· Should have done at least 4 or more end to end implementation.



· Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player.



· Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations



· Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution



· Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions



· Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors RCM/ONB Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.



· Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.



· Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows.



· System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint



· Expertise in translations and must uploaded translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.



· Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts



· Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
